Disable the existing EPDM roof membrane and leave in place, remove existing wall flashings, penetration flashings, perimeter trims, and gutter system. Mechanically attach (1) layer of 1” Polyisocyanurate Insulation cover board over the existing EPDM membrane to meet manufacturer specification. Install ¼” per foot tapered insulation as needed at the high side of the HVAC units to provide positive drainage. Install new protective walk pads on access sides of the existing HVAC units. Install new treated wood blocking to support existing gas lines. Flas all perimeters and penetrations as per manufacturer specifications. Install 24-gauge Kynar prefinished perimeter trims at parapet walls and downspouts. ***Plans have been reviewed and stamped. Attachment has been uploaded in CityWorks.***
